excellent read. Nursing taught me to use alternative therapies and some medications along with traditional medication for all sorts of physical and metional traumas. St. Johns Wort I have found to be a very good anti depressant but sadly it does have adverse reactions with some other drugs that may be necessary for a person to be taking. I also fing that massage and meditation and company of others and or an animal are very beneficial in reducing not just symptoms but the disease itself.
