Interesting! I've never made ice cream - too lazy for that, LOL. And I prefer the Italian gelato, which is less 'creamy', and hence less fattening, LOL...Oh, and I spent a fair bit of time in the woods with my doggie, Ben...

Just as I bought two clotted cream ice creams for the freezer. The paper does a couple of pages on why dairy products are bad for one. Perhaps in moderation they are OK.
A pint between so many would not make much difference one would imagine.
