Wiley was just meant to send you a message and you to be open hearyed to receive it. Actions very often speak louder than words. You could have snarled at them as they turned up late but this was much better. Well done beloved.

Along with long-winded excuses. Funny they don't have time to write and send their work in advance - as we used to do - but plenty of time to explain later why they didn't do what they shoulda done and how it wasn't anybody's fault, really...
