"And maybe, just maybe, the governments of civilized countries will tell the imams of the OIC to take a hike with their demand that criticism of Islam be 'criminalized'..."
Now that seems like a plan that should have happened long ago but has to happen in the next year or less.......

Thank God some are standing up there. All residents of any free country should be against Shari law and stand up against it. We have our laws how dare they to bring in theirs, stay home if you want to be butchers.

well you cannot fight everything all the time and I agree with the issues of clothing and all that but I applaud this hotel banning because it is front page,  and will hurt in the hip pocket and so make an impact. Such a good post, you can have two buses.

That is great that there are those in Hollywood standing up against the Brunei government...Hopefully, the government will change its ways.

Good for everyone who is protesting/boycotting this.  I hope that the Brunei govt listens to them.

Naut, I think Ellen was one of the first to boycott. The entire episode should bring focus to the question "are we overactivists? And does that mean we lack personal insight?"
