I'm with Kabu! Those pancakes do sound wonderful, but it was difficult to think 'delicious thoughts' while simultaneously considering those roasted sow udders stuffed with young mice . . .

This is quite different than anything I've ever made.  I shall have to try it when I once again have bananas.  I don't buy them very often because it is not my favorite fruit.

Well once I got over the thoughts of Cows Udder stuffed with Mice... and had stopped wondering where the cook books I left in Australia have got to...I read the recipe and I must say it does sound nice...specially with berries added.

Sounds definitely worth a try!

I quit doing actual pancakes years ago and switched to crepes, much heavier on the egg, and less doughy.
