Taps, yes spoken as a wise person. There are so many deniers! 1 book call them bricks. The title of the book about siblings in a dysfunctional family is called "Talking with Bricks".

Ciel, I just told my little girl (25) I can't believe I have found something to research that I feel passionate about. You got me started and since this book I have bought and read half a dozen others similar. Including two dr. Phil books.

Glad to see you so eager to share about this.

As a Poster Child for C-PTSD, I've come to consider it endemic in our culture, we raise children so often so badly! I suspect also that it's precursor to the more familiar PTSD because both are so much about self-esteem acutely threatened and profoundly damaged.
