Son Guy just built a lovely frame for an herb garden outside their

kitchen door, filled it with fresh topsoil. Now if they can just keep the deer away.

Taps at any time one can take a side shoot cutting stick it in water or preferably compost it will root and be OK.

home grown vegetables YUM!!!! maybe I will try to grow some tomatoes this year.

I must admit that for the Fourth of July tomatoes I always start with a big tomato plant from the greenhouse that already has big blooms or tiny tomatoes on it.  The tomatoes that Son #3 plants from seeds take much longer, but they are worth it.
