Re:
Thanks, chuck. And I'm sure I'm not the only one with 'squeaky sneakers' . . .

Re: jimmy
Thanks, jean. As long as you're smiling and/or laughing! Better than being down or sullen, true?

Re:
Well, TAPS, having someone 'blow away' the Sandman with a shotgun is probably not something anyone had considered before, even as a child! Even though there may have been a bit of sadness connected to it for you, I have a feeling that your mother may have gotten a kick out of that one as well . . .

See, FSI? I'll bet you never thought of it that way before, eh? Sometimes even simple math needs an unusual variable . . .

Re:
Always the analyzer, eh, C C T? Well, you can serve your drinks anyway you'd like, and keep whatever spices and condiments you want on your table, but I'm gonna keep a diligent eye out for both the Grim Reaper and the Sandman! And I believe that boy on the porch was simply crying moth! His mother was actually in the house, pretending not to hear him . . .

Re: Jimmy
Well, Naut, I suppose someone running through the woods yelling "Shark!" would be on a par with someone running along the beach yelling "Wolf!" Either scenario is probably a cry for that same straight-jacket . . . !

I had a bit of trouble laughing at this one as right from the beginning you had me thinking about my sweet little mother instead of paying attention to the following witticisms. Mother's last thing every night was to sing us the Sandman song as she tucked us in. I loved it. And, I never did dream of daddy blowing him away with a shotgun. LOL

That is a great point about the twenty-five birds on the fence.

Better to blow the Grim Reaper away than the Sandman Jimmy.
Yon might even keep someone alive just a little longer with , well one of them.
Yes a good way to serve drinks and save on ice I tend to let the first ice melt and then
do it again, they don't notice after a drop of homemade wine. Only brown sauce on my table, and finally perhaps the little boy wondered if he had a moth----er.
