I think the word to be used in this instance is sadistic. To not think that their cruelty will adversely affect someone else is beyond belief. I know many people are against 'capitol punishment,' but sometimes . . .

arsonists are sick...they somehow become obsessed with fire at an early age....
I remember (don't know if it still happens or not) around halloween the fire dept gears up for an onslought of arsons...how truly sad

It is terrible to try to think of such people but they are still living under the Adamac spirit and do not care about anything but themselves. That is so sad. Yes I will pray. Salvation Army is good with help in such situations. Your local churches or they may have one outlet that does something for them. You have such a sweet heart.
