Well thank goodness you have run out of Koalas . I just fancy a plateful of little pig's tails, freshly cut of course . I used to love to pull little girl's pig tails, but would get my hands smacked now and be put behind bars.

As with any type of physical activity, you have to pace yourself. I stop when any part of my body screams "That's quite enough for today!" And since most of my reading is science-fiction, characters acting somewhat 'out-of-character' is not all that unusual . . .

You should listen to your body and not your 'get it done man voice' when doing work. Take a soak with a cup of baking soda added to the water. That will neutralize the lactic acid due to the over doing and you will be rested again.
