This is an evil among those with character deficiencies, mental deficiencies and irregular physical appearance. These are the most hateful and mean spirited people. When a charismatic person gets a following by any means, similar to Dracula, Hitler, Napoleon and others, they get followers one by one who serve them And wreak havoc on many due to their twisted thinking and belief system.
Over time it straightens out when these are dead until another takes up the cause. Good writing and explanation.
