Wow - the mid-west has certainly had its weather ups and downs this year! No grass to be seen here yet...everything still covered in deep snow, the only green being the fir trees. Good idea about the group suggesting to Nola how to accomplish her project...and to get lost.

Glad you weren't damaged by the weather. The day before, we had three firemen that got washed away in high water while trying to rescue a woman who got washed off the road. After three hours of hanging on to tree branches, they were rescued without much harm. One should never drive into a water-covered road.

Well Pat it is probably easier to write about one's family on here than to reveal it to the magic circle. I suppose one could just tell the good bits. Not a good subject I feel.

My mind wouldn't be able to handle all the people in your writing venue, you know when alone, I really feel my age and seem to be bothered by everything. I wish the rain was here, but it's just cold and even at that there is enough sun to melt snow off the roof but not warm my bones.Have a nice weekend.

It sounds like your group knows how to manage things.
Both Nola and Mary.
I lay in bed the other night wonder how I would know if a tornado was coming. I'm not sure what kind of notice Co Springs can give, especially for those without TV. Maybe one leaves the radio on all night.

Pat
I was thinking of you last night when our weather man showed that amazingly wide strom front across the entire Mid West, and that was threatening to spawn dozens of tornadoes. I'm glad things didn't turn out quite as bad as predicted...And I sure hope you'll get that tornado named Nola under control...
