My wife has always been a big fan of ginger, in almost any form. In fact, she simply loves gingersnap cookies . . . !

I learned from a Norwegian chef that when you cook rhubarb that it goes wonderfully with chopped or grated ginger root cooked with it.

Good stuff! I use a lot of ginger, though I never drink ginger ale. I prefer the other kind of ale...
