Ciel

Unfortunately here the only sign of spring are the gardening catalogues sprouting in my mailbox, but then they are a pleasant sight...

Speaking of sprouts, I have a lot of fun sprouting edible seeds.  It only takes three to five days and you have wonderful little tasty things to throw into salads or put on sandwiches.  Right now I'm sprouting chive seeds that Son #3 gave me that came from his chives last year.  The sprouts are just coming out of the seeds.  Also just starting some fennel seeds.

Ciel what do you think I bought a new heater for a frame I could not have set it right

today I touched the frame it was really hot I must have left the thermometer at about 90f . Goodness it has been running like that for over a week. I shall have to think of a suitable punishment for myself. Well I did not have an ice cream at lunch. It does sound like your weather is pretty close to ours in a way, but only because it has been so mild here this year. We usually do not plant outside until end May unless we use fleece etc. I shall watch with interest your progress.
