Whipping up something healthy and tasty in the kitchen is relaxing to me. Thus, we are often overloaded with more than we can eat and I have to freeze a lot of things.

or maybe it's the freakin' mudslide that's taken out a town in Washington state that's got me glum. And then I see you in your blizzard-wear strolling among the spring prints and flip-flops and I think every day's a new experience and a reason to smile...
