I'd add a bit of lime juice to cut the heat somewhat.
It sounds really good!

Well we had spicey chicken wings yesterday. The last time I expect Arthur says he is suspicious of any chicken cooked twice. I said crikey I had the runs I wondered if it was taking too many tablets together. He said just call me squirty. A pity they were quite tasty.

You just gave me an idea! For lunch I'm gonna go for a nice hot, sweet-and-sour Thai soup, just the right thing on a day when the high will be -5 (23F)...

I'm doing the same as you are this being Monday. Computer on, power just went out for 5 minutes, just enough to make my screen a small square. A restart set it right again. They are talking about a real blizzard here for tomorrow but maybe it'll pass us by and go east to Ne Brunswick. I love wind chimes too and so does Kabu, we talked this morning here, as she was going to bed there. Ach I miss her and lonliness can be crushing by times.
