My wife and I are both very organized people, but I think it might be something that's a little difficult to 'teach.' No insult intended, but the real key is not to be lazy about anything you do. If you have a file cabinet . . . use it! If you have oversized envelopes to keep things together in that can be clearly labelled . . . use them! And I would open every piece of mail that comes in, regardless, almost immediately. If it's 'junk,' shred it! If it's important, put it in its proper place. You have to start with these certain habits, and then do your absolute best to maintain them. The real stress comes when you fall behind, end up with a huge pile and/or a scattered mess, and then try to catch up! Good luck . . .
