I would think that if two were returned correctly, that all three would be returned correctly.

Since 6/9 is equal to 4/6,
and 4/6 is the probability of getting at least one of the hats returrned correctly,
6/9 is the probability of getting at least one of the hats returned correctly.
Now, what is the probability of getting exactly two of the hats returned correctly?
Hint: This is one of my trick questions.
