You're absolutely right in stating that Congress seems to have some difficulty in enforcing laws that are already on the books. Changing them or adding more doesn't seem to help anyone. But as far as a do-nothing Congress being a good thing, I'm not so sure. If everything was copacetic, I would agree. But when your house is on fire, you don't just sit there and 'do nothing!' These people should already be a part of the 'bucket brigade.' Instead, they ignore the fire! No, they need to get off of their asses and do something . . .
