Re:
Yes Sir fits like a glove, but it takes a lot to make the old fellow happy. A couple of greyhounds might help.

Thank you Carolyne. You should see the men around these parts all like Clark Gable or Superman. Yes I did see your photo very good this time. One has to be careful of praise

Re:
Jimmy you are wearing a hat but you are walking beside it. I guess you have a good mop of hair.

i keep thinking arthur is your alter ego but this sounds like he's real. so does uncle albert. i like hats and would wear them more often if my hair didn't need to breathe. i like you better in without a beard, cct. still, you're a nice looking man. i don't think i take very nice still shots as you can see in TAPS blogitville selfies post. oh well.

Well, you know what they say: if the hat fits, wear it! And if it doesn't, return it to the original owner! And if you have several hats, a donation might be in order. Me, I don't wear hats, so these credos don't affect me . . .

Re: At first I thought the hat was photoshopped onto your head...
Nobody seems to think this is Uncle Albert, Pat and I spent ages giving him whiskers. Too late the collectors have been. Oh dear I wish I'd kept my fleece jacket.

But now I think not. You're right, nobody needs 23 wooly hats. But seventeen. Now that's a nice round number....

No I think Uncle Albert has gone back to nursing home Taps. I suppose I could photograph them if I become depressed.

That is one way to solve the problem...Most hats do not fit my dad's head.

Your right...It is too small and your head is not going to shrink at your age. I suppose you could cut your hair, but that won't last, so donate it. I am sure that some small headed person out there would love to have it. You are like me. I have a 7 and 7/8ths head and most hats just won't fit. So I need the adjustable kind adjusted out to the last nitch and then I must hope that the wind dosen't blow.

Maybe you should start wearing kaftans, and a fez.
I'm guessing that would stop them: they wouldn't know what to say!
