It would be nice for you to achieve this Pat, I know it is a lot of aggro, you just need a break through, I expect you would have no prob with Amazon but there is so much  stuff to compete with.

I don't know the answer to your last question/statement, but I remember how much I enjoyed reading the parts of this that you posted at that time.  I would buy the book, definitely.
