Dear one I am sorry about your baby dog. George and I have just prayed for him and for you. There is nothing too small or large for God's love and attention. Keep us informed and take care of yourself as much as is possible.

How sad poor Smooch. I think you will have to be brave about this Adnohr. Although I could not bear to have my dog put to sleep and I regretted it for years. I would think as long as Smooch can eat he could pull through. One has to look at things realistically, if a pet has an operation and does recover to be in pain it is not much of a life for any one.
We have watched Smooch grow into a lovely doggy, I am really sorry.

I understand exactly what you're going through, because I've already seen it several times with my wife when the health of one of her cats begins to deteriorate. It's never easy. Of course you'll do all that you can for Smooch, and I know he's in good hands. Hopefully those fresh-cooked meats will turn him around. Rest easy tonight, and give Smooch as much lovins as possible . . .

So sorry to hear about Smooch. When my sister passed last summer we took her old dog, a 14 year old white Shepard cross with blue eyes who we feel in love with, but like you, now that she is ill we have no means to take her to the vet, who would just want to put her down anyway (we do have pain meds for her)...I know how this hurts and I feel for you and hope all goes well with the new meds.

Crossing my fingers for Smooch - and for you, too. It's so hard
when they're sick because they can't tell you where it hurts. Also hoping the cataract surgery goes well - and you have a really good nap. ☺
