Wow - I didn't know it was that badly broken, Naut. Were you wearing your Stablicers?

Oh I am sorry it is not up to top condition yet, but it will be. Glad you have a nice maid Marion. You take care of yourself and do not do anything they tell you not to do just to prove them incompetent. I know this is totally inconvenient even if it did not hurt. Be blessed even if you don't recognize it as a blessing.

Well as long as you can keep cheerful Naut . You would not have dared to joke with the medical staff twenty years ago, they would have cut your tail off.

I'm laughing because I've had those casts removed four times, and I know whereof you speak. Even though it was when I was a child, I've never forgotten. LOL

That is great how you got the cast taken off...I, too, have wondered how they do it without cutting human flesh...That was a funny exchange there about the allergies.

You are one of those patients that nurses enjoy.&... You are lucky. sometimes the apendage stinks when the cast comes off. Enjoy the therapy. It can be fun if you joke with everyone, something you are good at.

Well, that's good! A step in the right direction anyway. I'm sure it will continue to improve. Personally, I haven't had a cast on my arm ( of any other part of my anatomy ) since I was 10! But, I can imagine . . .

Free at last! Oh, but tomorrow's going to be so much improved...
I remember when we got my 4-year-old out of a body cast he'd been in for a couple months (broken femur) and at first he felt very vulnerable and unsafe. Took him one nice warm bath and a few steps on his own, hanging onto the wall until he could walk again. And then there was no stopping him!

I must say that I have never had much fun with a therapist, they have ways to torture you that I thought was lost in the middle ages, but then I can still use my arm, which I couldn't of without a therapist, but then, how good it is to have the cast off. A little sun and a little work and it will like new.
