just check on the person first before doing anything, I guess they know I dont have any money or anyone they could hook me on

they have caught literally Millions of people according to the Internet with this scam. They work on your emotions and don't give you time to think things through properly. Well we won't be targets for anyone again. People can cry poor all they like, we are finished with sad stories.

That's all true. Scammers have actually been around for a long time, in many different forms. Years ago they might have been refered to as hucksters. But today, thanks to modern technology, they are getting more and more sophisticated, and more brazen! However, I remain the 'ultimate skeptic,' and question just about everything, so I am diligent and do my best to avoid such things. It really is a shame that two wonderful people like Kabu and Wiley got 'taken' in this way. Whether or not those people ( and I use the term loosely ) get caught is one thing. I'm also hoping that their money can be recouped in some way . . .
