Believe me, I'm not defending the Muslims, or this Taqiyya business, in any way, shape or form. But the concept behind the lies and deceit, the 'yes and no' mentality, the 'say one thing but do another' ideal, is not new! Just about every government on the planet has been engaging in this tactic for generations now! Are these Muslims doing it on a larger scale, on the world stage for all to see? Perhaps. But like the late, great George Carlin once quipped "If complete honesty was ever introduced into politics, the whole system would collapse!" It's a 'dog eat dog' world, and it seems to me that they aren't doing anything that everyone else hasn't done at one time or another. Again, I'm not defending anybody. In fact, I'll go so far as to say, the sooner 'these people' are wiped off the face of the earth, the better ( especially after reading some of your posts over the past year or so! ). But their tactic of being deceitful, dishonest, backstabbing, untrustworthy, calculating, two-faced and dangerous is nothing more than an ancient and well-worn schtick . . .
