I've never heard of a dog's 'third eye' before, but anything is possible. But like you said, as long as his vision seems fine, and he's not in any discomfort, you shouldn't have to worry about it. And hey, we all can use a little 'steam' from time to time! I'm glad that works for the little guy. As long as he doesn't jump into the shower with you . . .

I did not know that they could benefit from the shower steam as well...As the old saying goes, we learn something new every day.
