If I were you two I would hold off at least until sometime after the next power bill comes due just to be sure...I just don't trust landlords.

Wow! At first, I thought you were leading up to some devastating news, like your electric bill was now going to triple or something! Boy, I wish someone would absorb our electric bill! Not that's it's necessarily high, but any savings is better than none! Good for you . . .
