You're very fortunate in that, even with the error, you could still make use of the product they sent by mistake. Most of the time with those types of errors, people will order something like a box of Green Tea, and end up getting a box of Green Beans! Perhaps for their mistake, you will get something for free! Let's see how they truly feel about 'customer relations' . . .
