I think, Carolyn, you're getting Under The Bleachers mixed up with Under The Grandstand! Two completely different books by two completely different authors, but with a common theme. Happens all the time. Glad you enjoyed them . . .

i well remember at least one of these but i heard it was under the bleachers by seymour butts... good post. these are always fun.
