Well that looks scrumptious Naut. We are always a bit wary of such delicacies, unless they come from Canada, because I believe even the bears wear shorts . Well so Kabu said.

It just seems cleaner up your way than growing things in flooded fields. I hope it did not get cold as you photographed the dish. You will now release a flood of cooked dishes.

Funny I remember our old fish and chip shop used to sell scallops, but they were just potatoes cut in thick slices, not bad if one knew no better.

Recovering alcoholic that i am my eye first goes to the cocktail. yum. have some for me but don't get drunk like i would or you'd have to stick your head in the toilet. after 28 years of sobriety i don't miss those days a bit. the scallops look mighty fine. nothing like good food and drink to make for a quality life.

We love scallops and this sounds lovely and looks good too. I will post one of mine soon that I serve with spaghetti squash. Have a lovely dinner and cozy evening.

I can tell that is a great recipe.  I love taragon with seafood.  And, I love the picture.  Glad you didn't pay any attention to what I said.

"Now you take your scallops and place them in the pan, which is best done by hand." Really? LOL Sounds good though.

re son's cat...I think it is easy to keep in the back yard, easy to transpot and within his price range, The sail which is a U beaut was given to him by some company that him being a shy wall flwower rang up and suggested to them they might like to present him....so they did. The hull part he scaraped all back this year and recoated. Took 2.5 something or other of the weight. My Dad loved boats, loved to sail.
