I really hate dealing with things like that. I don't think I was made for this modern, technological world. I think I was intended for log cabin days and covered wagons.

Yes they usually hang onto it for a few days, but it really should not apply to an annuity.

I am amazed that one can do that with a cheque on the phone. was it beacaus they don't release money until the cheque is verified that you had trouble.
