They do look scrumptious, and tempting, but I'm afraid the fragile taste buds on my tongue would protest most vehemently if I were to introduce such a sauce to them, as delicious as it may be . . .

I think I'll pass on this one. Ever since I went through radiation therapy
five years back, this kind of heat has tended to throw my gut into spasm. I've even had to cut back to medium or mild salsa. But it looks delicious.

The prep method sounds as safe as you can get from all those hot pheromones!
I understand that the acid of the vinegar brings out even more of the heat.
