I have one of those. I'm always trying something different in it...like kale or turnip greens instead of spinach,......I can't think of anything else, LOL. My mind went blank.
Sometime I go days without making a nutriblast, but I'm always using it for something.

It must be writers block week I think. I haven't written anything any one would be in a slather of excitement ....well perhaps that's an exageration for anything I may write. LOL.

Re: CCT - about washing the thing out afterwards...
Here's the thing - it rinses right out with a little swish of soapy water. I simply add a few drops of detergent, fill it about half with hot water, put the lid on and shake it like a cocktail shaker for a few seconds, then rinse it carefully to get all the suds out and let it drain.

Pat Do you think a lot of our problems is that we do not masticate
enough and that is why we get the tummy ache.
Your machine does it for you. As you may know Victorian ladies
were told to chew each small mouthful 32 times and sip liquid only.
I intend to try your method as I am not going to keep ruining my crowns.
I might use nuts, raisins, apples, banannas, perhaps pineapple chunks
to make it moister. What I don't like is washing the thingy out afterwards.

All that good stuff you put into it is the critical part, of course. But what does this thing do that my high-speed blender doesn't? Where I sometimes add ice cubes, for a frozen delicacy of some kind...

Sometimes, even a writer has nothing they want to say bad enough.
