Re: Ciel
Oh no Ciel she would not understand, don't start praising her.
I need it more than she does. I can say this in perfect safety
as Kabu never comes back to read my replies.
Yes 7 loaves take up a lot of room I told him I would start
throwing it out for the sea gulls, we rarely see them but it has
been rough round the coast and they also like to follow the plough
in the fields at this time of year if the ground is soft. Plenty of
nice juicy worms.

Yes I thought she was interesting, but so was Christine Keller.

Re:
Well we have been warned we might get a whitey. I really hope not I only drove up the road yesterday in a bit of a hurry and skidded on the frozen rain, it gives one a squeaky feeling.

Yes I try to avoid gluten Pat, but I don't know if I have an allergy to it. I don't particularly like the taste of Gluten free though. Jolly decent of the firm they do want supporting, so much is thrown away by big stores.

Re: Taps
No Taps I don't like them much, yes I would prefer lemon meringue hot if possible.

Re: Naut
Well he used to have it filled with trout, I had to bury them beneath a rose tree. I don't think he likes the bother of de-frosting. Mine do it automatically. I hope.

Who knows what Arthur has got in his freezer, that he doesn't want to use it for food...Just sayin', LOL...And the poem is excellent, even if it speaks of wasted opportunities...

I've never in my life made a mince pie. My mother used to make them but I liked the lemon meringue pies better. Fascinating flower.

There's a company called Panera here in town, a kind of fast-food
place that features fresh baked bread. They bake it on site, buns, rolls, pastries, cookies, artisan French loaves, bagels, etc. They use round sourdough loaves for soup bowls, and make their own soups. There are always leftovers, but they do not sell the day-old bread. They donate it to the Community Center - and every time I've been there as a volunteer, there have been people dropping in just to pick up these really nice leftovers - for free. Too bad I've got this gluten allergy or I'd be up to my ears in bagels and French bread.

There should always be uses for old bread, although I sincerely doubt you plan on producing your own penicillin any time soon.
Perhaps so much was not necessary to stock pile. And I'm really not sure, but is a box of chocolates a fair trade for a mince pie?

She needs to meet Kabu...?
As to freezers, sounds like someone might tell him that him not wanting to turn on his own is couterbalanced by you wanting to use your own.
