I believe its the manager of the store and peoole that have worked there for a long time say its changed since she came about a year ago

but they have computers that do most the work and if you are checking the schedule you should know there was no one scheduled to come in

If whoever is in charge of the scheduling is any indication of how the 'hierarchy' of the store works, it's no wonder people are quitting left and right! Yes, there are many people looking for work. But even those people wouldn't want to have to deal with such circumstances! I think it's time for them to look in the mirror to figure out why people are quitting, and why no one wants to work for them . . .

Scheduling is a very difficult job in most any kind of work. I wouldn't do it for anything. It would make my gray hair fall out.

That is a big problem at the megastores. They don't treat their employees well and wonder why they struggle to find help.
