With some people you have to offend them once before they get the idea.  If she turns up sick try asking her to leavve or not letting her in.

Well of course it makes sense, we always spray the door handle if anyone calls with a cold  and I would not dream of visiting folk if I felt ill. It is a bit different in a supermarket

in a home you are subject to breathing any germs that your visitor carries or by touch.  A good idea in the supernarket is to avoid any attendant who is coughing or wiping a nose with a little wet tissue. Don't worry.

Christy

Jesus

The folks in here are sick, so if you are ill,

please come back when you are well,

I'll love you for caring.

As Kabu suggested, how about this for your front door kiddo. We love you girls.

If you like I shall send you a photo on card stock or something,

My heart goes out to you...Hopefully, people will start to follow your rules.

can you get a sign for the door that says Please do not enter if unwell...or something.

It seems to me the word you may be searching for is disrespectful. There's a saying people use from time to time: Your house, your rules! Anyone who can't abide by that, or gives you a hard time or an argument over it, should probably be placed on your "soon to be ex-friends" list . . .
