Well give him a chamber pot enamel If possible or plastic. Don't like that idea of plastic bags Bill . If you wanted to be more sophisticated use a water hose with a funnel inserted and the end of the hose out of the window down to the nearest drain.

I am not sure what one should do in a situation like that. I have never been faced with something like that before, and for all I know, the law could very well dictate what can and cannot be done.
