The flower is lovely, the dinner ended well - almost, but not quite, in a draw...And the Lab in bed reminds me that Bennie too sometimes wants to cudddle up, in summer, when there's a thunderstorm...

I must say that I have never had truffles on grouse either. Actually, I've never had truffles (other than the chocolate kind) or grouse either one.
