I must confess - I have a visceral aversion to fine print, and would probably react exactly like Son#1! I get the impression he and I have more in common than meets the eye, LOL...

One would think that after all this time that they would give you a three even a five year lease...mean things. Good tenants are not easy to find.

Contracts can be very tough to read with all of the legalese.

No matter which of you reads that, make sure someone does! Always make sure you know what you're signing for! But realistically, your son should read it too . . .

You would understand it better if you had not paid, Taps.
I suppose it protects the tenants as well.
It is nice that your son likes it as you are.
It is a lot of hassel moving and the worry
is neighbours. They can always get a lot worse.
Of course you could get advice from a solicitor
about 100 notes an hour here.

Leases. Well, I suppose they're necessary, just so nobody gets
dragged in front of Judge Judy in case of disagreement.
