With my wife being both a vegetarian and an animal lover, I'm afraid such "turkey endeavors" are beyond me now. But you should be thankful for any food you can consume! Think of the millions who might go without this night! Glad you received good news about your sister. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving . . .

It the turkey has it's own meat thermometer, then you can relax
and enjoy the technology. If not, you know how to know it's done. Throw it against the wall, and if it sticks.... wait a minute, that's spaghetti. What were we talking about?
