Re: Jimmy
Wow, Naut. I'm sorry but I must admit, I've never heard of either one of them! But I guess singers are like authors, actors, athletes, etc. There's a billion of them, and everyone can't be familiar with them all. But if they are your choices . . .

Re:
Thanks, Utah. The same to you and yours. I guess there are no song writers in your clan, huh? . . .

Re:
It can be a tough choice, Justi, but your George just may be able to pull it off! Many a future star has been discovered that way!
Thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes. My wife and I had a wonderful day . . .

Re:
I guess I can understand that, C C T. However, I've heard some very peculiar songs with some very strange lyrics over the years, so I doubt if anything you could muster would be any more or less bizarre. And you might be surprised at who may actually want to listen! So, how's that clover doing . . . ?

Re: JimmyA
Well, Sir Wiley, you could look at it as every day is Thanksgiving, except not necessarily with the turkeys and all the trimmings! And it's very brave of you to want to sing your own song. Hey, ya never know . . .

Re:
Now there's a pair, FSI, that you can't go wrong with! I wonder what they would have done as a duet! The possibilities would probably have been endless. It's too bad we'll never know . . .

Re:
That seemed relatively easy, didn't it lustor? And to be perfectly honest, I'm very familiar with Mr. Jones, but I've only heard of Celine Deion. I don't think I would know one of her songs even if I stumbled across it accidentally. But this is one of those simple challenges where there is no right or wrong answer. Thanks for playing . . .

Re:
Thanks, TAPS. But hey, ya never know. There are some singers out there that could make the phone book sound sexy and interesting. I myself have never even attempted to write a song, no matter who I may have gotten to sing it . . .

Happy Thanksgiving to you both and the kitties. I can't think except my husband George, he writes and sings. But the best about would be required for your song and I don't who that would be.

Well only I could sing it and no one would want to listen Jimmy. I used to sing' Roll me over, in the clover. ' But only when no one was around. 'Or this is number one.' Little sexual ditties. , for my own titillation. That's how one gets from pushing the breast- plough all day.

I tried writing a song once, long, long ago and far away. I gave up in defeat and never tried again. No singer, not male, not female, could have made it work. Fun post.
