Re: Kabu - about the naked surgery...
She wrapped him in a sheet, and he was covered with it until he got to surgery, when they draped him then... He was not exposed. I thought it was odd they wouldn't put one of those bass-akward gowns on him.

have sent a prayer for Frank's quick and successful recovery. i cannot understand that nurse having him go into surgery naked...what has happened to taking care of your patient when you don't even know to consider their modesty....grrrrrrrrrrrr.

I do hope the poor chap gets his part, very nasty joints scrunching. I never read those mags, I just don't feel like reading in those places.

I wish Frank all the best! And TAPS' comment makes me shudder! I'm no bacteriophobe, but when, on rare occasions, I go to my doctor's office, I take my Kindle along! And I would never in a million years lick my fingers after having touched one of those mags...

You know, I always worry about the magazines in waiting rooms because I have this habit of licking my finger to turn the pages when I am engrossed in something. I just cannot break myself from it, but as soon as I do it I start worrying about the germs.
