Get a jar of these from the Mexican section of your food mart.  You can make your own but these will give you an idea of whether you like them or not.

I like your menu! There was one thing that mistified me: brat chunks?  Until I discovered that you meant bratwurst chunks, LOL... And then of course there are those cactus strips, that I've never had, but shall try if I can find them here...

Sounds like a wonderful dinner! And I wouldn't want you to really compare yourself to those sycamores. Those "hanging seed balls" would probably be very uncomfortable for you . . .
