Then again maybe it will be alright. I mean nobody wants to see Nuclear war heads being hurled around...what would be the point. we went through all that in the cold war...

I find CNN to be so sanitized, biased and leftist I have to read many blogs and watch FOX to get some sort of balance of anything from CNN. Woe unto anyone who sets up Israel for a fall.

I agree with you about the probability of disaster having increased as a result. The article does a great job at showing why.

First off let me say I can not even imagine how long the other article was if this one is the short version  loll

I also want thank you for again so clearly state what in other sources always  seems so complicated... You have a gift for that...for making obviously simple what others insist in making so hard to understand.  Simon is the good cop and Bibi the good cop in this exchange... Israel does not want war and she does not want to be the bad guy either,  but as Netanyahu said, it is her right to defend herself.  What can they expect when the  Iranian government has said they should not exist.  I think that our friend Barak has that in the back burner and knows that if bad comes to worse Israel will have to take matters into her own hands and act accordingly.  Barak will look then like the good guy that tried to avoid confrontation and Israel unfortunately as always will be perceived as a war thirsty, uncaring and trigger happy aggressor.  I am here to tell you Naut that my heart goes out to the Israelis and not because I am Jewish...  because I too feel bad for the Iranian people  most of whom are peaceful and basically good.  It is just that having been there and lived among them , I know the aversion they have to war and how much they would give to be able to live without  the constant anxiety and fear that is such an integral part of their lives .  For a so called "chosen people", the perks of being one of them pale in comparison to the crosses they are made to bear.  Be well my friend  xoxoxo

The world daily becomes a more dangerous place, and probably will continue to do so no matter what.  Sometimes human beings just seem to hurry it along, unwittingly or on purpose.
