I can't imagine you with a Grinch heart. There is nothing at all wrong with making the world go away for a bit by crawling back in bead and pulling the cover up over your head. Who knows what triggered that need, but there is nothing wrong with it.

Congratulations to the Happy girls...Like you, I am really Happy for them and New York and a show and everything. Perhaps you wish you were there...I cannot get myself excited about Christmas this year ...and I am usually thinking about finding up some Santa's and such...are you doing anything for Thanksgiving...being left out when one was once the center of things is ...well I call it that lump of pain in my breast.

Sometimes the feelings of depression
are simply a synapse lapse... a shift in neurotransmitters: it's about brain chemistry, not life. Curl up and sleep, or go out for a brisk walk, down to the place where chocolate is sold by the ingot.

Congrats to Robin and Cris! And as to your mood - moods are merely passing affectations...
