I've had a couple of small basal cell carcinomas excised over the years, and it really wasn't a big deal. In each case it was an office procedure...But I always wear some kind of hat in the summer as a result, LOL...Oh, and the barefoot guy probably just went down to the corner store for something - not a big deal either! When I take out the doggie for a brief pee at night before turning in, I never bother with shoes either - it's really not worth the effort...

Re: BC-A
Now that you mention it, I do have a black hoodie, but I seldom wear it.

I don't know much about wigs except that they are very hot to wear. ciel's hat would be better.

Good Hair
There is a movie by that name starring motormouth Chris Rock in which he gives you the lowdown about wigs. Apparently they are made from real human hair cropped from ladies in India who have to go baldheaded for religious reasons during certain periods in their lives.Locally we have wigs going by the names 'Manto' a small tight fitting wig that makes you think you look like Hale Berry, named after our notorious previous Minister of Health. The other wig that is in fashion is called the 'Madonsela' that has long locks dangling around your neck and shoulder like a lion's mane, named after our Present Public Protector, a fiery, feisty lady who is a true lionness in the job she is doing. Take your pick.

I was about to check with the local Merle Norman store,
I keep thinking they used to sell wigs. I'm in the market, too, but for now I wear hats to hide my balding spot. Wow, when your sis has the growth gone, you'll have something to be thankful for. I recommend, when you do get around to celebrating, something creamy and luscious and drizzled with caramel...

I say go for it if it makes you feel better. I would look it up on the net, reviews. I don't know much about them but a lot of folk use them after treatment.
