Well I might eat a bit if it was going to waste it is probably better meat than the usual variety. Whisper amongst the comments I did a count.

Re: BC-A
Yes, of course. God bless you and keep you, make his face to shine upon you, and give you peace. And that's just the beginning. Hang in there.

Only people from the Midwest seem to know that Kansas City is in Missouri. LOL

the music is great as was his post and I too hop out of bed like a little girl and watch the rain and dream dreams and weave my own magical thoughts.I cannot tolerate hunters but I applaud your sone for at least making good use of the meat. Funny, I too eat very little red meat these days even though our Naut promised me that my meat grows on a tree.

I am a 'near vegetarian', having the occasional steak just to make sure I don't slide over the edge, LOL. And of course I do eat fish and almost everything else offered by the sea...And I share your son's sentiments - I used to hunt, but no longer do so, much to Ben's regret, I'm sure...

Good for you! Stick with the vegetarian style! It's much healthier. And that's not rain you're experiencing. It's the Football Gods of Kansas weeping because the Chiefs are no longer undefeated . . .

It's the kind of day that it might still be cold after a simple cup of coffee. Pray fior me love.

There was a study of deer in a protected habitat who thrived so well
the herd grew until it vastly over-grazed the available food. The population plummeted due to illness and starvation, until there were not enough left to maintain the herd's existence, and the herd died out.
Since we have eliminated the natural controls on many animals, we have to do the job ourselves. I'm glad I don't have to kill for my dinner, but I appreciate that someone does.

I've a son who's a bow-hunter and has often gotten his limit of deer
and other game. I don't think he keeps head or antlers as trophies, but he does use the meat, even makes sausage. He may use bits of horn as decoration for bows and arrows, which he makes in his workshop.
