Many years ago I read this book about how Wal Mart revolutionised retailing in America and I was highly impressed. Last year Wal Mart eventually came to South Africa and the Unions were very much against them because of their treatment of workers all over the world.

what about paying them a realistic wage and giving them permanent jobs instead of minium hours on minimum pay...this is what we get for letting the small family businesses go the way of the Dodo.
