Years ago I used to play computer games, but not only did they get boring, they gummed up the works, so I got rid of them. (I still have this thing called Free Cell, that I play when I'm tired and don't want to have to think, LOL.) Although not being a sorceress, I think I got some of your poem, but I may be wrong...

I think those miniature pigs are quite nice, but sometimes they grow large. Poor little pot belly . I suppose you needed lots of room. Yes good idea sometimes one can read them and slightly improve, but one never gets true criticism. I suppose we need a nut case to do that.

Re: Re: I play a computer game.
I had pot-belly pig for about a week. She didn't like us, and we didn't take to her.
I have a few poems around here. Maybe I will post some more.

Re:
Yes I suppose it all helps Jimmy . I used to play from disks but one does need quite a powerful computer to get the best effect. The first computer I had would only allow the hero to walk slowly towards his enemies. Not good if they are firing arrows at you. I just can't get rid of the wine, pity you don't live next door.

Re: My daughter keeps trying to get me to sign up for Lumosity
I think we used to play a game like that on a round section of wood Pat using marbles.
More about losing them now.

I have to use quite a bit of cunning sometimes to get Arthur to cut my hair . I say I'm going to cut it myself and he gets worried. I don't know why I have cut my hair for years and I was quite professional at the monkey look.

Re: FS
I expect you can soon pick it up again FS I don't think I have played for three years or so. It surprised me how inept I was.

Lo Simone, I don't think I could do anything too clever at the moment. I will look it up though. Thank you

I am worried over your back as I am just now getting over my mishap. I did like your poetry today and guessed at what it meant, but I am sure I was wrong, it was different than that. I will read it later and see if it still means the same or if it is an illusion.

I go through phases where I play computer games in between bouts of not playing any...I like the metaphor of that floating feather.

I play a computer game.
One is enough, I can't afford the time to get addicted to a new one. Mine is an MMOG: Massively Multiplayer Online Game, which means one plays with other live players who are signed on at the same time. A player can interact with other players, but doesn't have to. It can be a lot of fun either way, and keep the brain busy.

My daughter keeps trying to get me to sign up for Lumosity
where they offer games that are supposed to sharpen the mind and keep old-timer's disease at bay. But I've got spider solitaire and the quest to win ten games running...

I know what you mean about those video games! Personally I was ever much for playing any of them on-line. I prefer the actual arcade games. But they are great for promoting eye-hand coordination, as well as good memory testers! However, if you don't play them for a while . . . And a bottle of wine in exchange for a haircut or hose service sounds reasonable to me!
