Re: Naut

Yes Naut as I was saying to myself stop talking to these guys as if they were family and show a bit more respect. Not that my family shows me much. I told Arthur once how I was very confused when my Dad told a blatant lie in front of me and I was about three years old. I never thought father's would do such a thing. Of course I have been telling pokies ever since.

Re: Re: Re: I like the spidery flower!

Well I was late planting these Ciel I suppose they would look cute in a vase on the table. I can of course take cuttings in the spring from them I don't know if I like the reddish ones quite as much. Also there is a strong stemmed gazania available in seed

I will trial those, I would like to grow more flowers than Archie can sell so I can  give the surplus to the neighbours.

You inspire me... proof is in today's Universe blog, where it seems to fit nicely.

Re Pat

Spider mum , I expect you are right Pat. they were in a collection. I shall have to be careful they are quite attractive but one needs a lot for a bunch. I was thinking I am paying Archie for gardening and then he has the flowers. Alright I'll just blow on your ear.

Re: I like the spidery flower!

Rather unusual flower Ciel I have more they must have come in a collection not what I would have ordered for cut flowers, but Archie seems to be selling them. I don't know about you but one would exaggerate the potential and then curtains. No road-map to happiness I am afraid.

Re: Spidery beauty..

Well Ray one can get away with it when one can stand on one's head without injuring the brain. The flowers look OK in a large bunch , but not everyone's choice. Keep warm, the fuel prices are rocketing here.

I like the spidery flower!

And I like the poetry. Again, wistful and wishful... Sometimes it the choice between loneliness and safety. I think that's what your poem says, too.
